Digital Marketing Specialist

Job description

As a Brand Marketing Specialist, this is a full-time position that requires 35-40 hours/week in our Burlingame office. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all social media platforms. You will work closely with our management and Marketing Division to create effective, professional and eye-catching social media marketing content. Training will be provided to have a thorough understanding of our product and pricing structure.

Job requirements


  • Research market trends for Health Insurance
  • Provide ideas regarding Price Marketing
  • Work with our marketing division to Implement social media content
  • Answer general inquiries from customers
  • Conduct market research on customers, schools & organization
  • Research, compile, aggregate, and analyze marketing data regarding competitors, potential customers, and the general marketplace in an easy-to-read manner.
  • Weekly presentations to management will be expected


  • Bachelor’s Degree, or current college student with Sophomore standing or above
  • Experience with social media marketing campaigns is highly-preferred
  • Experience with graphic design and UI design is highly-preferred
  • Basic understanding of SEO and SEM
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and outgoing personality
  • Experience with insurance or healthcare-related industry, in general, is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred
